TOUCH
Learning how to manually work with your muscles and tissues is a powerful form of self-care. Whether you want to give your partner a more effective foot massage or learn self-massage techniques to release tension in your neck and shoulders, this class will guide you through simple, effective strokes that anyone can learn.
You'll gain practical tools to better support both yourself and your loved ones. I’ll teach you how to listen to your body, understand what it’s trying to communicate, and respond with supportive, hands-on techniques that promote healing, relaxation, and connection.
STRETCH
Relying on someone else to tell you how to move never fully resonated with me. As a yoga teacher who studied in an ashram in India and trained in Thai yoga in Thailand, I believe in helping others build a personal practice that’s rooted in self-awareness and intuitive movement.
In this offering, I’ll guide you through foundational principles of movement, breath, and body communication to help you create a practice that aligns with your unique needs. Rather than just following along, my intention is to help you connect more deeply with your own inner teacher—so you can move with confidence, clarity, and care in both your practice and your life.
BREATHE
Breathwork is a powerful and transformative practice. Though we breathe all day without thinking, learning to consciously connect with the breath gives us the ability to regulate our nervous system, shift our state of consciousness, and come home to ourselves.
As a trained breathwork facilitator—and someone who has personally relied on these tools in my own healing—I’ve studied a variety of techniques and traditions. I’m here to help you build a breathwork foundation that honors your unique needs, as well as the needs of your family. Together, we’ll explore practices that support presence, emotional clarity, and greater resilience in daily life.
