Circular Breathwork is….

a therapeutic breathing method in which one uses rapid, deep breathing to help process and tap into experiences beyond their conscious awareness. The aim is to induce an altered state of consciousness, fostering emotional healing, personal growth, and greater self-awareness. I truly believe that we each have the power to take charge of our own health and well-being and that Breathwork is instrumental in the process of understanding ourselves.

Want to host a breathwork session…

I currently offer private breathwork sessions for groups of 2-15 people. These sessions are designed to be a deeply transformative experience and are 100% donation-based to ensure everyone can participate, regardless of their financial situation. Sessions last about an hour and a half. These can be done in your home or a location will be provided depending on the group size.
